Hi,

I have a Sony NSZ-GS7 Internet Player and have subscribed to your Home package.
I'm finding various channels are coming up with an unable to play video message.
This is most prevalent on CBS Action which I've been unable to stream at all.
I'm guessing 80%-90% of the channels play ok (occasionally freezing on the odd channel).
Without CBS Action and "Star Trek Enterprise" episodes I'll probably cancel after the trial period unless you can shed some light on the problem.

P.S. I have absolutely no problems with Netflix.

Thanks for signing up to iBox and your feedback. We had a technical issue on Thursday that affected a number of channels that has now been resolved. Can you let us know if you are still experiencing issues with CBS Action or other channels.
