Hi,

I was tying to watch UTV since yesterday (June 12th 2014) (after resubscribing again to the service) & noticed the sound on that channel on any device I tested it on (iPad Air, Nexus 7, S3, HP Touchpad with Android etc..) was out of sync with the picture by several seconds. UTV+1 is fine. Tried several other channels (but not every single one of them) & any others I tried were fine. It was still out of sync when I tested it again this morning before coming to work.

I'd appreciate it if someone could please take a look at the setup/config of the UTV Channel please.

Hi - Not sure if your support team have done anything, but I wanted you to know that as of yesterday morning (June 16th), the UTV Channel appears to be in perfect sync now. Picture & Audio are fine.

So thanks if your team have rectified the problem.

I have another separate issue which I'll create a separate thread for.
