Hi there. I have a problem with your app. Yesterday it stop to work without any reason.
On my Apple TV 4th gen but also on web.
When I insert my detail on Apple TV it's push me out and when I enter the app and try to watch a channel it's says I'm on sample mode.

On web it's say I'm not login even if I just did it. The same on iPad. I tried to change my password but nothing change.
Please check it as subscribers I can't enjoy it and I'm already paying.

I'm so sorry i don't understand how that could happen as I subscribe through PayPal.
Really sorry about the inconvenience. Can I please ask you any bank detail where to pay by the end of the day.
I can't explain how sorry i'm for the inconvenience.

Last night I applied again and update paypal but now i think is not working. So. how can we delete or start again and i will pay by debit card that probably will be the best for you or i could monthly give you a transfer.

Let me know. I love your app and it is really enjoy and wish to continue to do it.
